What's your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 45 days from the purchase date. The item must be unused and in its original condition/packaging.
One or more of the products I'm interested is a 'preorder'. What does 'preorder' mean?
Pre-order items are subject to individual timelines based on a myriad of factors, but typically include items that are not yet in stock.
How do I track my order?
After the order is fulfilled by the warehouse, you’ll get a separate tracking email with the courier tracking number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from major creditors including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Union Pay, Diners Club, and more.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Why haven't I received all of the items in my order?
Don't panic. Sometimes items ship separately, because logistics. However, if you're still concerned please contact giftshop@drafthouse.com and we will allay your fears.

Refunds typically take 1-3 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can typically be canceled within 1-2 hours of placing the order. Contact us at giftshop@drafthouse.com and we'll facilitate a cancellation.

Do you offer gift cards?
At this time we don't offer gift cards or accept Alamo Drafthouse gift cards for online purchases, but we hope to have something in place in the future.
